About Privacy in Mische

Published: March 13, 2026

Mische is an AI-assisted emotional support tool developed by the Mische Team. The application gives users a space to record their current mood, describe what may be affecting their feelings, and receive gentle suggestions that may help them regain balance, such as relaxation techniques or short mindfulness exercises.

Since users may choose to write personal reflections inside the app, Mische aims to clearly explain how those entries are handled. The following sections describe what information may appear when the app is used, how the system processes written input and optional images to generate responses, and what measures are taken to keep user content protected within the application environment.

User Consent
By entering text or uploading images in Mische, users provide consent for the app to process this data internally for the purpose of generating guidance. Users retain full control over their entries, including editing or deleting content at any time. No data is transmitted externally without explicit user permission.

Using Mische does not require users to provide personal information beyond what they choose to type. When someone writes about their current mood or thoughts, that text—and any optional accompanying image—is stored in the application history. Entering this information is optional and entirely under the user's control.

By submitting entries, users understand that their text and optional images will be analyzed temporarily by the system, including AI processing of images, to produce relevant guidance and suggestions.

How Information Entries Are Used
Text and optional images submitted by the user may be interpreted by the app to identify emotional context or patterns. Based on this interpretation, the system may present:

· calming techniques

· reflection prompts

· breathing or mindfulness suggestions

· supportive feedback messages

This process exists only to create the requested responses inside the application interface.

What Information May Appear Inside the App
The app environment may contain several types of information created during normal use:

· text entries describing mood or feelings

· optional notes written by the user

· optional uploaded images attached to an entry, which may be analyzed internally to enhance guidance

· suggestions or feedback generated by the system

· simple technical information required for the application to function (for example device model or app version)

No information is collected unless the user actively chooses to enter it.

What Mische Does Not Gather
Mische intentionally avoids collecting information unrelated to emotional journaling.
The application does not obtain or access:

· contact lists

· location tracking data

· financial or payment information

· personal identification documents

· background microphone recordings

The application does not automatically access, scan, or collect photos or videos from the device. Images are included only when a user voluntarily uploads one as part of an entry.

The system processes only the text and optional images that users choose to submit.

Where the Analysis Happens
All text and image analysis and AI processing occur strictly within the Mische Team’s own secure environment. No third-party AI services are used at any time.

When a user submits a text entry or uploads an image, automated processing may interpret the emotional tone and visual context to generate appropriate suggestions. Temporary data created during this process exists only for the duration of the response generation and is automatically removed once the output is produced.

All user entries—including text, optional uploaded images, and AI-generated output—are saved in the application history. Users have full control over this history: entries can be edited or deleted at any time, and manual deletion results in permanent removal from the app. AI processing does not retain any part of the temporary data after generating the output.

User entries are never used for advertising, behavioral profiling, or AI training purposes, and no external entity has access to this content.

Images and Face Data
Users may optionally upload an image to accompany a mood entry. This image is stored only as part of the user’s history record inside the application. Uploaded images may also be analyzed internally by the AI system to enhance the emotional guidance provided.

Mische does not use uploaded images for identity recognition, facial recognition, or any biometric purpose. Mische does not collect, extract, generate, or store face data, facial geometry, face templates, or any biometric identifiers from uploaded images. Images are not shared with third parties and are not used for advertising, profiling, or external AI training.

Uploaded images remain in the user’s history until the user deletes the related entry. Once deleted by the user, the image is permanently removed from the app’s records.

No External Data Sharing
Content written inside the Mische application, including optional images and AI-generated suggestions, stays within the application environment. No external entity has access, and the Mische Team does not sell, distribute, or provide this content to outside organizations, including:

· marketing platforms

· data analytics companies

· advertising networks

· third-party AI services

No external entity has access to the emotional notes or reflections written by users in the app.

Control Over Personal Entries
Users remain in control of the information they record in Mische.
Entries can be edited or deleted within the application interface at any time. When an entry is removed, the associated content is permanently erased from the app’s records.

Device Permissions
Mische is designed to operate with minimal device access.
The application may request permission for notifications if users choose to receive reminders related to journaling or emotional check-ins.
Notification permissions are optional and can be disabled at any time through device settings.
The app does not require camera access, photo library access, or microphone recording for its core features.

Children and Age Requirements
Mische is intended for individuals who are 17 years of age or older.
The application is not designed for children, and the Mische Team does not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 17.
If it becomes apparent that content has been submitted by a user below the permitted age, the information may be removed in order to maintain compliance with the intended age restrictions of the service.
Parents or guardians who believe that a minor has used the application may contact the Mische Team so the situation can be reviewed.

Changes to This Document
If the operation of Mische changes or if additional explanations become necessary, this document may be revised.
The newest version will always be available within the application. Continued use of Mische indicates acceptance of the current description of how information is handled.
